All disputes, claims, returns, and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. International customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to Representing Unique Cultures Everywhere for any approved return.

Please email shopruce@gmail.com with your item order number or return number to generate your return shipping label.

All returned orders are issued online store credit applicable to anything in the R.U.C.E online store. We do not offer any monetary refunds for online orders.
